As mentioned last week, we've added a brand new department to the website- Quick Power Tips. The purpose of Quick Power Tips is to give your website an immediate boost in traffic and conversions. By implementing these simple tips, you should see more visitors coming to your site, staying longer and turning into customers.

This week we've added more Quick Power Tips to help you.

Tip of the Week

Avoid Email Attachments- If at all possible, avoid email attachments when you send an email to your list, even simple ones such as PDF or JPG files.

Most corporate servers, in defending against viruses and spyware, might remove the attachment or block your email altogether.

Even if it gets through, think of your customers. They're busy and you're asking them to take time out to download a file that might not even be of interest to them. The likelihood of getting them to do that is fairly remote.

The solution?

Send them a link to a webpage instead. That way, they can view your information with just one click and without cluttering up their hard drive.

If sending an attachment is your only option, let them know in advance that you'll be sending it, what it contains and keep your file small.

Have a Topic Idea?
