In This Issue:
Karl and I have recently uploaded 6 of our sample videos to YouTube. We've created our own channel which is something that you can do as well.
Just do a search on YouTube.com for IncreaseOnlineprofit (w/o the "s" - YouTube only allows so many characters).
If you do create videos for your business, one of the primary benefits of having your own channel is that viewers can subscribe to your channel and you can then build a rapport with those subscribers.
And it certainly doesn't hurt that YouTube videos are given a priority in Google's PageRanking, since it owns YouTube.

*Must Have* Twitter Tips - Whether you use Twitter or not
There's been a lot of talk about Twitter lately, whether it's the situation in Iran, Paula Abdul resigning from American Idol, Ashton Kutcher and his millionth follwer, etc. Clearly something's going on in our business, social, and political culture.
First, if you don't think Twitter has something to offer for your Business or site, see our sample article/video:
Twitter: Overview and What it is.

Here are some quick tips and things you can try which will give you a feel of "the power of Twitter" and perhaps how to use it more powerfully:
* * * * *
First: How to keep up with Rick and Karl (or anyone else) on Twitter:
- Why would you want to:
--> For lots of quick little bits of info which we don't always include in our IOPnews eNewsletter, or our articles/videos, or our blogs.
1) Search "Search.Twitter.com" for #iopnews.
- "#iopnews" is our hash tag, so you can easily find our news on Twitter.
- Members can find more info on this in our article:
Twitter -- The Power of Hashtags (#) in Twitter
2) Or use Tweetchat.com for #iopnews.
3) But for all of our business and personal tweets (Twitter posts) see our Twitter accounts:

World: What are people saying around the World "real time" in Twitter?
- See Twittervision.

Trends: What's Trending on Twitter? (try yourself, your company, your site, your industry, ...)
- See Tweetscan.com (and see the "cloud" beneath the search box)
- See Twitterfall.com (click on a trend on left...and see what happens)
- See TweetGrid.com - Try the example, or various "Grids" and key-in what interests you.

Fame: How famous are you (in Twitter)?
- Do you have a "Verified Account" in Twitter? (Ashton Kutcher does: http://twitter.com/APlusK)
- See the "feedback form" at the link above to request one for your business (or you, if you're famous!).
- And no, Karl doesn't have one yet, even though he was listed as #7 on the "Twitter's Top 50 Business Entrepreneur New Social Media Experts Award Winners" list.

Replying or Mentioning Others in Twitter:
- Quick Tip: If you are replying to someone else, or citing someone in a Twitter post:
- Remember to use the @ (at sign) and their TwitterName (no spaces):
- Right: "@KarlKasca" or "@karlkasca" (no quotes)
- *Not*: "@Karl Kasca" or "@karl kasca"
- Reason: putting the @ together with the twittername:
1) Makes the link active in Twitter so the person will see the reply (in Twitter), or
2) Alerts them to your mention (if they use an alert like: TweetBeep.com.
- For more on @Replies in Twitter, members can see our article:
