their marketing efforts and their website from their customer's
perspective. The customer's point of view is really the only one
that counts, because if what you're doing isn't working for
them, it isn't working for you. When you can see your marketing and your website as your customer sees it, then you can attract more visitors and create more customers.

internet-based companies. In 2000 I sold one of my companies to Cendant
Corporation, a Fortune 150 company. These experiences have taught me a
